Benchmarking Tool
The perfect tool to compare a law firm's KPI's against a peer group, such as a firm against their panel peers.

To create the report, ALM Intelligence searches PACER and law firm press releases for the prior calendar year (i.e., January 1 to December 31). For each Fortune 1000 company, the charts present, in aggregate and individually, the firms with one or more mentions in any of the representation types listed below. Beginning with the report's 2020 edition, the representation types follow the renumbered NOS categories and titles as per the Civil NOS Code Descriptions (Rev. 10/20). Also,  where available, we provide both the NOS Category and Title as well as the NOS Code Number.

These categories are:

* Bankruptcy

* Civil Rights

* Contract

* Federal Tax Suits

* Intellectual Property Rights

* Labor

* Other Statutes

* Personal Property

* Property Rights

* Real Property

* Torts/Personal Injury

We also continue to add the following cases not coded in the Civil Nature of Suit Code Descriptions (Rev. 10/20):

* Transactional - Banking and Finance

* Transactional - Corporate and Business

* Transactional - M&A
