The perfect tool to compare a law firm's KPI's against a peer group, such as a firm against their panel peers.

The compensation ratio is a ratio of a firms highest-compensated equity partner to that of its lowest-compensated equity partner. Only equity partners are included. For example, if the firms highest-compensated equity partner received $1 million and the lowest-compensated received $100,000, the ratio would be 10:1. These ratios were all provided to us by the individual firms as part of the Am Law 200 survey.
