It also includes a detailed breakdown of profit per equity partner (PEP) figures at the 50 firms, as well as partner headcounts, leverage and other financial metrics. Law.com International implemented a new qualification for the UK Top 50 in 2022, which has a significant impact on the ranking. In order to qualify for the ranking a firm must have more lawyers in the UK than in any other single country.
